At Scorpions Malmesbury there are no separate groups: everyone trains together in one class, beginners next to brown belts, kids next to their parents, all under the eye of Hanshi Martin Roothman.
There are no separate courses to sign up for. What gets taught is decided on the night: kickboxing technique one session, self defence the next, MMA after that. You turn up, and you learn whatever is on the mat that evening.
Fitness, discipline and belt gradings three times a year to mark your progress. You start where you are, and the mat does the rest.

Tuesday evenings: optional extra training for competitions.
R350 p/m for one person
R200 p/p p/m for 2 in a family
